Returns & refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days within your purchase date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For the return to be completed we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us via email at email@example.com with the title "Return Order #your order number". Processing returns (via email) usually takes no more than 24 hours after receiving your email. Once your return request is accepted, we’ll send you all the instructions via email on how and where to send your package back to our warehouse. Note: processing your items can take from 5-10 business days once we receive your package to our wareouse.
We strive to offer the best possible value to our customers, which is why we've kept our return process hassle-free. While we do kindly request that customers cover the shipping cost, duties, and taxes for returns, we're pleased to offer a customer-friendly $5.75 restocking fee only, ensuring you get the most from your return experience.
Restocking fee is designed to offset the expenses incurred by our dedicated warehouse team as they carefully inspect and repackage returned products, all in an effort to ensure your satisfaction.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds usually take between 1-5 business days to be posted by your bank. If your return is not approved we will notify you by email or phone and send your items back to you, free of charge.
Please be aware that we are unable to refund shipping costs as they are associated with the logistics and handling of your order. However, we are committed to refunding the full amount of the product cost.
Damages and issues
We use extra bubble wrap for every package and before shipping we carefully test every product in the order. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and replace the item free of charge or grant you a full refund of the product.
Please double check before ordering from our website. Due to the nature of our automated fulfilling systems once an order has been places it automatically starts to send shipping details to our warehouse to print the labels. So in some cases we are not able to cancel orders which have been already shipping from our warehouse.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If in the unlikely event you received a faulty product please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order # and a photo of the damaged product, and we'll happily resend the product free of charge or grant a full refund of the item.
