Our standard shipping times, costs and methods for the countries we ship to, are are listed below. Please note that these times are estimates and may vary.
We currently ship within the USA, Canada (CA), United Kingdom (UK), Australia (AU), Germany (DE), Italy (IT), Spain (ES), France (FR) and Netherlands (NL). Below is a list with all the countries we ship to, and the prices for shipping.
Economy - FREE - (USPS) - 5 to 8 business days
Standard - FREE - (USPS) - 3 to 4 business days
Germany (DE), Italy (IT), Spain (ES) and Netherlands (NL)
DHL Delivery - FREE - (DHL) - 4 to 6 business days
United Kingdom (UK)
Royal Mail - FREE - 4 to 6 Business Days
UPS - FREE - 4 to 6 Business Days
Australia Post - FREE - 4 to 6 Business Days

Please note that all shipping time frames are from the date of dispatch, not the date that your order is made. Order processing time can take 1-3 business days.

Shipping Information & Address
It's imperative that you carefully review and ensure the accuracy of your shipping address at the time of placing your order. Some of our order fulfillment systems are automatic, and once an order has been processed, the shipping address cannot be changed. In the event of an error in the shipping address please contact us immediately!
After placing an order on our website a confirmation email or text will be sent to the email address or phone number provided by the customer in the checkout section. All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from our warehouse which is located in CA, United States and sent to the address specified by the customer at the time of purchase. After dispatching, we will provide the tracking number via email or SMS text.
Products may be delivered in one or more parts. Shipments within the USA are being sent with USPS (United States Postal Service) and shipments outside the USA are being sent with DHL.
We ship Monday through Friday with no interruption, excluding weekends and holidays.
Parcel Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we will let you know via email. In the email you will be able to find a link where you can track your parcel to see where it is at. We will also update you along the way via email about your parcel tracking status via email.
We believe in transparency and convenience for our customers. Thus, we only sell products that are in stock and ready for dispatch. We currently do not accept preorders for items that are not immediately available.
Shipping delays, duties & taxes
We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience, but we must note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes in the destination country. Please be aware that any additional fees incurred due to customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer.
In the unfortunate event that your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work closely with our courier partners to track down your package or issue a replacement. Please note that while we will do our utmost to resolve these issues, we cannot assume responsibility for parcels that are lost or stolen in transit. It's crucial to ensure that you provide us with the correct shipping details upon placing your order.
